Alzheimer’s Research UK Walk For A Cure Birmingham

29 June @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Free to register but fundraising is required.

Alzheimer’s Research UK are excited to announce that Walk For A Cure is back for 2025 and this year we will be at Sutton Park!

Taking place at Sutton Park on 29th June, Walk For A Cure is for everyone impacted by dementia. Together, we will walk for a cure and help fund life-changing dementia research.

Aim to raise £150 or more and make a vital difference in helping us find a cure for dementia.

Enjoy a beautiful woodland walk through the park and take in its rich variety of plants and wildlife. You’ll pass by the idyllic setting of Keepers Pool, wind through Wyndley Wood, and venture through Sutton Park’s National Nature Reserve before crossing the finish line to claim your well-deserved medal.

The fully signposted route is mostly on hardstanding path with some smaller sections on woodland terrain and grass. The route is accessible for both wheelchairs and pushchairs with assistance. There will be volunteer marshals along the route to support you if needed.

Dogs are welcome but must remain on a lead at all times.

Whether you sign up as a team or solo, you will become part of the community determined to find a cure and help end the devastation of dementia, once and for all.

Registration is now open so secure your place today and be part of something special.
