Program Overview

This program offers free one-to-one counselling, mentoring, or coaching for young women aged 16 to 25. Each participant will receive six weeks of personalised support.

Objectives

  • Provide emotional support and guidance

  • Enhance personal development and self-awareness

  • Equip participants with coping strategies and tools for everyday challenges

  • Foster resilience and empowerment among young women

Program Structure

  • Duration: 6 weeks

  • Session Frequency: Weekly one-to-one sessions

  • Format: In-person or virtual sessions available

Eligibility

Participants must be young women aged 16 to 25.

Outcomes

  • Improved mental health and well-being

  • Increased confidence and self-esteem
