What Is Women’s Menopause Circle ⭕️:

This circle is a gathering of women going through the same thing, each in their unique way. We know that no two women are alike, but we also know that the sisterhood of shared experiences is a powerful way to heal on so many levels. In the circle, you’ll find a sense of belonging, connection, and empowerment.

Why Attend Menopausal Circle?

As women, we often carry the weight of the world on our shoulders, and going through menopause can make everything feel even more challenging. But you don’t have to navigate this journey alone. In our gatherings, you’ll have the opportunity to explore your inner world, be witnessed, inspired, motivated, and touched by other women’s, experiences, knowledge imparted and the exercises given. You’ll learn to become more autonomous, confident, and empowered as you delve authentically and openly into topics related to that addresses menopause.

We welcome all menopausal women, regardless of their background, beliefs, or experiences. Our circle is a safe and sacred space where you can speak freely without fear of judgment or shame. What you choose to talk about is entirely up to you, and everything that’s shared within the circle stays within the circle!

By the end of our gathering, you’ll feel lighter, freer, unburdened, more resilient and connected to yourself, and supported.

You’ll have gained new insights, perspectives, and tools to help you navigate the challenges of menopause with greater ease and grace. So join us and experience the power of sisterhood and community in a warm, friendly, and inviting atmosphere. We look forward to welcoming you with open arms.

Who Is This Good For? 🫂

This event is for women who are seeking support and guidance as they navigate through the menopause journey. They may feel like they are not their usual selves and are still figuring out who they want to be. This is especially true for women who have undergone a hysterectomy and had their lives change overnight.

If you are experiencing menopause and feel isolated during this transition, whether you are just entering the peri phase or already in the crown, this event will be of great benefit to you. You will receive support on various menopause-related themes, allowing you to connect with others going through similar experiences and learn ways to cope and thrive during this period of change.

Who Is This Not For?

This event is for women seeking a supportive and compassionate space to connect and share with others. However, it’s important to note that this circle is not for everyone. It’s not suitable for women who struggle with confidentiality. Additionally, if you’re looking for free coaching or to use this as a networking opportunity, this circle isn’t the right fit for you.

This circle is also not meant to replace professional psychotherapy or counselling services. If you’re seeking therapeutic help, we encourage you to look for a licensed therapist or counsellor who can better address your needs.

Lastly, our focus is on conscious listening and sharing from a heart-centred place, so when we have our monthly online circles, we request you to have your camera on so we can give each some the attention she deserves.

Methodology Of The Circle Of Change ⭕️

At the heart of what I do is the concept of the Millionth Circle, a movement pioneered by Jean Shinoda Bolen. The idea is that by coming together in circles, we can create a powerful shift in our lives and in the world around us. Just as menopause is a natural part of life, it has often been stigmatized and unsupported in our modern society. By gathering in circles, we can support one another through this and other life transitions and create a more compassionate and connected world for ourselves and for future generations. The Millionth Circle concept reminds us that every individual’s efforts towards positive change are significant and that we can all contribute to a better world, one circle at a time.

The History & How Does This Work 📖

At our gatherings, we create a space where you can leave the outside world behind and enter the circle. Before we begin the circle-sharing practice, we will guide you through practices that help you feel centred and grounded.

Humans have been gathering in circles for as long as we can remember. However, around 6,000 to 4,000 years ago, patriarchal ideology changed things. We began to operate in linear ways, with individuals at the top of the hierarchy dictating information and instruction to those below. Our circles aim to return to a more feminine and egalitarian way of gathering, which is more potent for self-healing and developing connections with other women.

Through our circles, you will share experiences in common with other women on the menopause journey. This will enrich your community and help you transmute challenges into lessons learned. When the circle closes, you will feel lighter, less burdened, and empowered with emotional resilience. I aim to create a supportive space where women can come together to heal, grow, and carry that healing out into the world beyond the circle.
