OneRetreat Wellness Festival

6 June @ 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
£25 – £29

OneRetreat Wellness is Birmingham’s first independent wellness festival, taking over Highbury Hall on Saturday 6 June 2026 for a full-day celebration of movement, mindfulness, recovery and connection. Set across the grand interiors and sweeping grounds of one of the city’s most treasured Victorian landmarks, the festival has been designed to feel unlike a typical wellness event: no intimidating line-ups or London price tags, just an accessible and genuinely transformative day designed to help people leave feeling better than when they arrived.

With tickets starting from £25 plus booking fee, attendees will be able to explore five distinct wellness spaces featuring outdoor yoga and Pilates, breathwork and sound baths, run clubs, live music and DJs, keynote talks, wellness panels, holistic therapies, artisan markets, treatment rooms, contrast therapy, saunas and ice baths. More than 40 of the region’s leading wellness practitioners will host curated classes, workshops and experiences throughout the day.

The programme will also include expert-led talks and sessions from leading names including Dr Lalitaa Suglani (IMD Breathwork), Krishna Ruparelia (Unshakable Resilience), Manoj Koeri (Manoj Collective), Sarah Kirk (The Mummy PT), Sophie Rey (Nature-Led Somatics) and more. Families are welcome too, with a free on-site crèche provided by Mortimer Nannies, helping make the festival more accessible for parents wanting to prioritise their wellbeing.
