Ovacome is the national UK ovarian cancer charity focused on providing support and information to anyone affected by ovarian cancer. This includes people who have either been diagnosed with the disease or think that they might be at risk, as well as their friends and family and healthcare professionals.

Join Ovacome on 28 September 2024 at Cannon Hill Park in Birmingham for their Walk With Us event, which aims to raise money for awareness and informational materials relating to ovarian cancer. 

There’s a choice of different distances: 2km, 5km or 10km. Pick whichever suits you on the day. If you are walking, please arrive at 11.45am to register.

Everyone is welcome – friends, family, dogs! – and you don’t need to fundraise to join in the fun.

Ovacome are aiming to raise £97,000 during September, to reach more than one million people with awareness and information materials for the next 12 months. They will achieve this by printing their magazine three times a year, publishing information about ovarian cancer on their website and in their 50 information booklets, as well as circulating awareness materials in local communities.
