Sea Side in the City

Adding to the summer excitement is our “Seaside in the City” returns 23rd to 25th August 2024, Victoria Street & Bell Square will be transformed into a sprawling street beach. This three-day extravaganza promises to bring all the joys of the seaside right to the city centre. With golden sand, deckchairs, and the unmistakable sound of gulls & waves, families can revel in the beach atmosphere without leaving Wolverhampton.
Friday & Saturday Only
Packed with a variety of free activities designed to entertain visitors of all ages. Children and adults alike can partake in traditional seaside games, watch the ever-popular Punch & Judy shows, and try their hand at circus skills workshops.
Sunday is a Chill out Day with the opportunity to laze in a deckchair, close your eyes and enjoy the sound of the waves crash and the gulls overhead while the kids play in the sand……
