Songs to Loss

14 March @ 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

£15

Join Contrepoint for an evening of poignant reflection and emotional resonance as we present Songs of Loss, a choral concert exploring the universal themes of grief, remembrance, and healing through the power of music. Featuring a carefully curated program spanning centuries, this performance invites the audience on a journey through the depths of sorrow and the beauty found in shared human experience. The programme will be based around Tomás Luis de Victoria’s requiem mass, Officium defunctorum (1605) for 6 voices. Interspersed between the movements will be traditional Lenten pieces as well as newly commissioned pieces and arrangements.

Glass of wine included in the ticket price.
