BIRMINGHAM, AL – The Penny Foundation is pleased to announce its partnership with CampCollege.org, a nonprofit organization dedicated to equipping students with the tools necessary to gain access to the college or university of their choice. Together, they will host a special event themed Pathway to Success: Admissions, Scholarships, Safety & Athlete Guidance in Birmingham, Alabama.
Presented by The Penny Foundation and the Jefferson County Commission, with production by BlueJireh, Inc., this event promises to provide invaluable resources for students and their families as they navigate the journey to higher education.

- Lyord Watson, Executive Director, The Penny Foundation, a Birmingham-based community organization committed to eliminating economic inequality in the Black community through technology, innovation, and community development.
- Dr. Michelle Hayes, Executive Director of College Admissions Made Possible CAMP/ CampCollege.org mission is to empower students from underserved schools by providing them with the essential tools needed to gain access to the college or university of their choice.
