A major new vets practice has been given the green light by city planners in Birmingham.
The 37,676 sq ft facility will open in Bristol Road South, Longbridge, and be run by IVC Evidensia and be open in 2023.
The two-storey building will have a highly specialised diagnostic, treatment and research centre including CT, MRI, XRay, endoscopy, ultrasonography assessments and general surgical.
There will also be research facilities, lecture rooms and staff training areas.
The site was formerly part of the MG Rover car plant which closed in 2005 and is located close to the new Longbridge town centre.

The facility will operate 24 hours a day though public access will be limited from early morning to mid evening outside of emergencies.
It is expected that 150 new jobs will be created at the site and work is due to start in the new year.
Birmingham City Council’s planning committee passed the plans unanimously at its latest meeting.
IVC Evidensia is headquartered in Bristol and employs 21,000 staff across sites in 12 countries.
It is working with property group St Modwen on the project which is leading the long-running regeneration of the former MG factory site in Longbridge.
