The motivation for Annexe is to offer something absent in Birmingham for a long time: a relaxed yet sophisticated venue for those seeking the upmarket nostalgia of vintage café-society and to escape the hassle and queues of insipid, overcrowded bars, clubs and restaurants.
We also offer one of the best drinks selections in the city, offering mouth watering cocktails, a handpicked range of South American wines and a comprehensive selection of regional bottled beers. Our doors opened in 2010 as number 4 in the Bitters n’ Twisted family of bars.
La Banca is situated in a neo-classical Victorian stone clad building, formerly a bank dating back to the 1910's and is located in Cotteridge Village, a stone throw away from Cadbury's Bournville. The building boasts large windows on the frontage that produces natural light into the dining area and high ceilings giving the restaurant a spacious feel.
