Horse Riding in Birmingham
Horse riding refers to the skill of riding, driving and steeplechasing or vaulting with horses. This broad description includes the use of horses for practical working purposes, transportation, recreational activities, artistic or cultural exercises, and competitive sport. Horses are also driven in harness racing, at horse shows and in other types of exhibition, historical re-enactment or ceremony, often pulling carriages.
Alvechurch Riding Club have been established for many years, originating as a local members show then widening to a larger equestrian audience offering open showing in all disciplines. In 2015 we will be running three weekend shows with dressage, showjumping, showing and a dog show at each weekend. Plus a one day event and a hunter trials event.
Nestled in the heart of North Warwickshire, Dunton Stables offer donkey rides, horse riding, pony trekking and horse riding holidays. We are ABRS approved as well as offering a wide range of horse riding and stable management activities to children and adults of all abilities.
